Technical Support Assistant

Main task and resposibilities:

• You maintain good relations with dealers and specialised technicians of their foreign service partners.
• You analyse and answer technical questions. You do not let go until you have found the right solution.
• You transform feedback and troubleshooting into practical information such as online helpdesk articles, video instructionals.
• You answer technical questions with the necessary commercial feel (by phone, e-mail, chat, video chat, etc.) and follow up the ticketing system daily.
• You know machine inside out. You know the ins and outs of the production department and will initially accompany colleagues installing and maintaining the machine.
• You study international technical requirements (e.g. network connections, etc.), build up knowledge in relation to certification and have a structured administrative feel.
• You are prepared to travel abroad from time to time.

• You preferably have degree in a technical field or sufficient technical experience.
• You are always keen to learn and fully master all technical aspects.
• If you are familiar with the coffee sector, that could be an asset. If you don't but you can convince with your technical feel, social flair and infectious enthusiasm for the product, go for it.
• You are patient and can express yourself clearly in English. Explaining something difficult in a simple way is your thing.
• You get on perfectly well with all kinds of nationalities and enjoy building a long-term relationship of trust.
• You take initiative and enjoy working on improvements. You like to feed your wealth of feedback back to the R&D department and put it on paper in a structured way as a basis for manuals and FAQs.
