Functie
As Project Manager, you have the following duties:
- You are in close contact with clients and external parties.
- You manage the budget and monitor the technical quality.
- You lead a team of colleagues, consisting of a stability designer and BIM designer, who collaborate and support these projects.
- You collaborate on stability concepts.
- You check the stability plans and calculation notes.
- You provide correct and timely site follow-up.
- You manage several projects simultaneously and report to management.
Profiel
As a Project Manager, you have::
A master's degree in construction engineering;
A minimum of 10 years' experience is required;
Experience in managing projects;
Excellent planning skills and ability to prioritize;
Fluent communication skills where you enjoy interacting with clients;
A strong eye for quality.
