What do your tasks and responsibilities look like as a Project Lead?
- Developing structural concepts for the projects.
- Preparing specifications and estimates.
- Checking structural plans and design reports.

- Leading a team consisting of a structural engineer and a BIM designer.
Profiel
- Have a Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possess at least 10 years of experience, preferably in project management.
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrate fluent communication skills and an interest in client interaction.
- Have knowledge of SCIA Engineer, Buildsoft Concrete, IDEA StatiCa, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Hilti Profis Engineer, CloudPiling, and ArchiSnapper, which are considered assets.
