Technically and operationally prepare the project: devise technical solutions, perform calculations, either draft lifting plans yourself or provide instructions to the CAD Designer, organize necessary logistics, prepare specific SHEQ documentation...
Monitor project progress in terms of operational advancement, 'budget – scope – timing'...
Oversee operational activities with a focus on safety and quality.
Lead, motivate, and coach the on-site team.
Manage project finances and associated administration.
In this role, you report to the Project Operations Manager and collaborate closely with other Project Engineers & the CAD Designer, as well as Crane Operators, Riggers, and Supervisors on-site.
Profiel
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (e.g., electromechanics, civil engineering…)=;
Experience as a Project Engineer, Tender Engineer, Project Manager… is a significant advantage. Motivated graduates are also welcome!
Strong communication skills in English, and ideally French.
Proficient with computers (MS Office, drafting software such as AutoCAD…).
Flexible attitude towards tasks, working hours, and locations (Berendrecht Depot/national).
