Electromechanical Service Engineer

For the position as Electromechanical Service Engineer:

• You make the necessary schedules and installation plans for the installation and start-up of the machines
• You coordinate together with the customer the on-site installation process
• You are responsible for the technical final inspection before dispatching the machines to be installed
• You ensure that everything has been assembled according to the plan
• You confirm that all items in the offer are present and conduct the final functionality check of the machines
• You are responsible for the maintenance and service interventions at the customers' sites
• You travel to the customer to address and resolve the problem on-site in case of complaints or issues
• You report, take care of the administration of the service tasks and provide feedback to the organization
• You give presentations/training sessions (internally and externally) and present the project/product to customers
• You travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 60%)

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics
• Experience is beneficial but not essential
• You have a strong technical comprehension and excellent knowledge of electromechanics
• You are highly adaptable and can quickly familiarize yourself with the products
• You know how to prioritize tasks
• You can work independently without compromising team spirit
• You possess a proactive personality with a sense of initiative and a customer-oriented/commercial mindset
• You aim to continuously enhance the quality of your work
• You have a good proficiency in English
