Team leader Technical Service
Function
As Team Leader Technical Service, you will join a team of 2 colleagues. Initially, you will take on more tasks in the direction of a technical-commercial after-sales function to grow from there into a team leader position within 1 to max. 2 years.
Below is a sample of your duties:
- Visiting customers for analysis of repairs or adjustments.
- Formatting quotes.
- Organising repairs, purchasing materials, drawing up schedules, following up works.
- Liaising with subcontractors and inspection bodies.
- Invoicing and post-calculation.
- Maintain organisation and planning.
- Prospecting new customers and preparing quotations.
- Check combustion reports for anomalies and follow-up by technicians.
This is a key position within the company where you will work closely with other team members, customers and external parties.
Profile
In this role, you can grongely tick off the requirements below:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or you are equivalent through experience.
- Already a first experience in an after-sales/service environment.
- Experience or ambition to lead a technical department.
- IT proficient.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Flexible attitude and willing to travel to customers as needed.
Organisation
Our client is based in Laarne and has been around for just under 30 years. They are active in the engineering, sales, installation, rental and service of industrial steam and heating boilers in Belgium and Luxembourg. To strengthen their aftersales department, they are currently looking for an employee aftersales who can advance to a position as team leader technical service in the short term.
Offer
You can expect the following remuneration package as Teamleader aftersales:
- Nice gross salary depending on experience (between €3500 and €5000 gross).

- Full-time position in a 40-hour week with 12 ADV days.
- Flexible working hours.
- Freely scheduled leave except on bridge days and some days between Christmas and New Year.
