Team leader Technical Service

Function

• Carrying out and coordinating maintenance and repair works
• Resolving technical faults, including in the areas of electricity and sanitary systems
• Working on electrical installations and systems
• Carrying out minor plumbing, carpentry and painting works
• Analysing technical problems and proposing sustainable solutions
• Contributing ideas for improvements to buildings and installations
• Working closely with other departments
• Managing, motivating and supporting your team in their growth

Profile

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• You hold a technical qualification; knowledge of electricity or refrigeration is a plus
• You are an all-round technician with knowledge of various fields
• You work in a structured, independent and precise manner
• You have a strong sense of service and teamwork
• You are a people manager who brings energy to a team
• You are responsible, hands-on and physically fit
• You have a good command of Dutch; knowledge of French is an asset
