Dispatcher
Function
On behalf of our client We are looking for a Dispatcher / Planner. In this role, you organise maintenance, repairs, and interventions for a team of approximately 18 to 20 service technicians within a technical B2B environment.
Your responsibilities:
- You assess client requests via telephone and e-mail, create or complete tickets in the system, and assign each job to the right technician, taking into account expertise, availability, materials, and region.
- Timely scheduling of preventive maintenance and targeted adjustment of the daily planning for urgent interventions.
- As the first point of contact for clients and technicians, you communicate clearly about appointments, timing, and next steps.
- All appointments, statuses, job sheets, and follow-up data are recorded accurately in the ERP and ticketing system, including Business Central.
- By identifying patterns in planning, routes, and workload, you contribute to a more efficient service operation and better deployment of technicians.
Profile
For the position of Dispatcher / Planner at our client we are looking for a candidate with three years of experience in planning, dispatching, service coordination, or a similar role. Experience in a technical service environment is an advantage, but not an absolute requirement.
Your profile:

- Accurate and organised, maintaining oversight when circumstances change quickly.
- Fluent and assertive communication with clients, technicians, and internal colleagues.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and a practical basic knowledge of French; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and quick to learn new software; affinity with HVAC, climate installations, and technical service processes is an advantage.
Organisation
Our client is a growing technical service provider specialising in climate, ventilation, and refrigeration solutions. The organisation offers advice, installation, maintenance, and technical support to a diverse range of professional clients, guiding them throughout the entire lifecycle of their installations.
Through strong technical expertise, a client-focused approach, and attention to quality, efficiency, and sustainability, our client continues to build a reliable service offering. Employees are given the opportunity to grow within a professional environment where collaboration and specialist knowledge are central.

- A group insurance and hospitalisation insurance, supplemented by access to a staff benefits platform.
- A laptop and mobile phone to efficiently manage your planning, client contacts, and administration.
- A bicycle lease plan as an additional mobility option.
- For the first six months, you will work full-time at the office in Alken, typically between 8:00 and 17:00. After six months, one working-from-home day per week is possible; this can be reviewed sooner once you have settled in well.
- You will receive guidance during your onboarding, access to internal and external training, and room to further develop your knowledge of service planning, systems, and technical applications.
