Function

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating transports and deliveries.
• Resolve planning problems and emergencies.
• Maintain direct contact with drivers and customers.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Real-time monitoring of routes and optimisation where necessary.

Profile

What makes you the ideal fit?

• You have initial experience in dispatching or a similar position.
• You have excellent communication skills - you are in daily contact with drivers and customers.
• You have an affinity with planning software and technical tools.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch. French or English is a nice touch!
• Can you keep an overview during busy times and always think in the customer's favour?
