Customer service for the German market

Function

As Customer Service Employee are you the person who helps clients with a smile further! You enjoy contact with people, like to think along and ensure that questions and issues are followed up quickly and correctly. Together with your colleagues, you ensure satisfied clients every day.

What does your day look like?

• You answer client queries via email and other channels and are happy to help them.
• You process orders, complaints and returns and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You follow up client requests from A to Z without losing sight of any details.
• You liaise smoothly with colleagues from other departments to find the best solution together.
• You keep client data up to date and ensure that everything is recorded neatly in the system.
• You like to think one step ahead and spot opportunities to make the service even better.

In short: a varied role in which client contact, teamwork and a healthy dose of language skills take centre stage!

Profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, communicates easily and ensures that everything is taken care of down to the last detail. Do you recognise yourself in this? Then you might be just the right fit!

What do you bring?

• You speak Dutch, English and German fluently. Knowledge of French is a bonus!
• You are happy to help clients and enjoy thinking along to find the best solution.
• Even during busy periods, you keep a cool head and continue to work efficiently.
• You enjoy working with colleagues but are equally capable of working independently.
• MS Office holds few secrets for you.
• You work accurately, keep a clear overview and ensure that everything is followed up properly.

Our client has around 300 staff members and specialises in the distribution of foodstuffs under controlled temperature conditions, both nationally and internationally.
