Customer service for the German market

Function

As Customer Service Employee You are a key point of contact for customers. You ensure that their queries and requests are dealt with correctly and in a timely manner.

Your duties will include:

• You answer customer enquiries through various channels
• You process orders, complaints and returns
• You will follow up on customer enquiries meticulously and ensure they are dealt with correctly
• You’ll work alongside various departments to to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
• You will keep customer details up to date and log incidents in the system
• You think proactively contribute ideas for improvements and thus helps to ensure optimum customer satisfaction

Profile

For this role, we are primarily looking for someone who customer-focused, communicative and meticulous is.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

• You speak Dutch, English and German. Knowledge of French is an added bonus
• You have a customer-focused approach and is keen to help find solutions
• You stay calm and efficient when things get a bit busier
• You are a real team player, but you can also take responsibility on your own
• You get on well with MS Office
• You work with attention to detail and enjoy ensuring that matters are followed up properly

Organisation

Our client has around 300 staff members and specialises in the distribution of foodstuffs under controlled temperature conditions, both nationally and internationally.
