Customer Service Employee
Function
For the position of customer service employee, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:
-Together with 8 colleagues, you are responsible for customer contact in support of the sales departments
-You are responsible for smooth service delivery from the quotation stage through to delivery to the customer
-You ensure the necessary administrative follow-up
-You are the key link between the customer, suppliers, carriers and internal departments
-You act and advise based on your knowledge of customs formalities
-You work daytime hours from Monday to Friday with a start time between 7:30 and 9:00
Profile
For the position of customer service employee, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:
-You have gained a first positive work experience within customer service
-You have an interest in (or experience with) customs legislation and logistics
-You are an enthusiastic team player who can handle stress well
-You are proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
-You are able to communicate professionally in Dutch, French and English; German is a strong advantage but not a requirement
