Customer Service Employee

Function

For the vacancy for a customer service assistant at our client’s company, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You act as the point of contact for national and international business clients to ensure that products flow through carefully, on time and in accordance with the agreed quality standards
• You process orders, returns and transport requests accurately
• You handle complaints and contribute to finding a targeted solution for your client
• You are responsible for stock management for your client portfolio and notify the relevant colleagues in transport and purchasing in a timely manner
• You work Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:36 in a 38-hour working week

Profile
