Teamlead supply chain

Function

For the vacancy of Teamlead supply chain at our client, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You are responsible for managing and supporting 4 operations planners within the materials management department
• You monitor workload distribution and capacity and set critical deadlines
• You monitor short- and long-term planning and balance forecasts, customer demand, production capacity and material availability
• You manage communication between purchasing, production, sales, customer service and quality control
• When facing potential shortages, deviating schedules, stock issues or priority conflicts, you analyse the situation and coordinate targeted solutions
• You report insights and improvement proposals to the Materials Manager
• As supply chain lead, you take the initiative in improvements around planning, inventory management, master data, SAP and MRP processes
• You work daytime hours from Monday to Friday with flexible start times

Profile

For the vacancy of Teamlead supply chain at our client, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You have a first positive experience in a leadership role related to supply chain or have several years of experience in supply chain, operations or production planning
• You are able to express yourself professionally in Dutch and English
• Demand planning, production planning, MRP and inventory management are familiar domains for you
• You work fluently with Excel, KPIs and data analysis and have experience with ERP systems
