Freight Forwarder Healthcare

Function

Make an impact in the world of Healthcare Airfreight. As a Freight Forwarder, you are the first point of contact for our healthcare customers and ensure flawless handling of their import and export shipments. With your eye for quality, compliance and service, you will lift every shipment to the highest level.

Tasks:

• Coordinate air cargo shipments (import & export) within the Healthcare sector and instruct booking and brokerage teams;
• Answering customer queries and properly following up on escalations in consultation with the Team Lead;
• Maintain daily communication within the international network on Healthcare shipments;
• Monitor compliance with guidelines around security, embargoes, carriers and commodities;
• Work according to GDP guidelines and customer-specific procedures (CSOPs), including document management and post-flight communication;
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards, code of conduct and safety regulations.

Profile

• You have initial experience as a Freight Forwarder Airfreight (preferably within Healthcare) or you recently obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management;
• You are familiar with healthcare procedures, QMS and healthcare CargoWise Service Levels;
• You have an excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
