Logistics Coordinator

Function

• You are the link between the shop floor and the office and ensure smooth communication with customers and colleagues.
• You manage stock and ensure that the warehouse remains efficient and organised.
• You monitor projects, KPIs and targets and make adjustments where necessary.
• You handle the administrative follow-up of the warehouse, including pre-invoicing.
• You maintain order, upkeep and safety and ensure compliance with the applicable regulations.
• You ensure that our drivers have the necessary safety equipment.
• You contribute to a good team spirit and work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor.

Profile

• You preferably hold a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Managementt or a comparable field, supplemented with a first relevant work experience.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English, both verbally and in writing.
• MS Office holds no secrets for you: you work smoothly with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• You are driven, hands-on and administratively strong, and enjoy handling matters efficiently and correctly.
• You remain calm under pressure, prioritise effortlessly and are able to maintain a clear overview even in a dynamic environment.
• You can easily get to Willebroek.
