Technical Support Engineer

Function

• After an internal training programme, acting as the key technical figure in supporting customers
• Providing advice based on mechanical, thermal, dimensional, fire safety, and acoustic requirements
• Working together with the commercial department to determine the best solution from a technical and economic perspective
• Drawing up technical calculation notes in accordance with project-specific requirements
• Managing and developing technical documentation
• Helping to improve the Technical Support team
• Monitoring market developments and contributing ideas for product or process improvements
• Developing internal projects based on personal interests
• Providing support in the analysis of technical problems during or after installation

Profile

• You hold a master's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or electromechanics
• You enjoy working in a customer-focused and team-oriented way
• You have a good command of Dutch
• A basic knowledge of French and English is required
• A basic knowledge of German is an advantage
• You have strong organisational skills
• You communicate fluently and clearly
• You think analytically and enjoy technical problem-solving
• Drive, passion and motivation are more important than experience
