Project Manager

In this position as Project Manager, you will work both independently and with the entire team and regularly consult with management.

Some of your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for various projects ranging from offer, design, drawing, production and invoicing of projects with a focus on a quality delivery.
• You ensure that the projects run smoothly and work in a goal-oriented manner.
• You manage the commercial process, from offer to delivery
• You take care of projects both in Belgium and internationally.
• You are responsible for large and complex projects and maintain an overview from a financial, commercial and technical point of view.

What is expected for this position as a Project Manager in the metal sector?

• You have at least a master's degree in a technical field.
• You hold a valid driving licence B.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as Project Manager is a requirement. This can be in the metal sector, sheet-metal working, windows and doors, construction, machine construction, steel construction, etc.
• You are stress resistant and well organised.
• You are communicative in English and French, other languages are not a requirement.
• You are able to work in a structured and systematic way in an environment where planning needs to be flexible in order to respond to changing circumstances, customer needs and demands.
• You are willing to maintain international contacts and will occasionally need to travel abroad for short periods.

Our client operates in custom-made and high-security frameworks for the protection of people and property. Examples include gates, doors, windows, etc.

They do not carry out standard work, but projects that others cannot. For this, they work mainly with metal.
