As a BIM Designer, your role involves creating stability plans within a BIM environment, utilizing calculations provided by the structural designer and architectural plans.

Collaboration with the project leader and structural designer is integral to your work within the team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Drafting detailed plans that encompass all structural elements.
• Reviewing third-party plans to ensure compliance with stability plans.
• Creating bill of quantities based on stability plans.
• Identifying and addressing any challenges encountered during the drafting process.

For the position as BIM designer we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Holding a bachelor or master degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Having minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Designer is required;
• Experience within a stability or engineering firm;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Geo-IT is a big asset.
