What do you do as a Recruitment Specialist?

- You actively search for talented professionals within a particular field through various channels;

- Thanks to personal your approach, you take the candidate in tow and help them make the right choice in a future job;

- As a career coach, you will guide the candidate through the various stages of the application process;

- With daring and sales skills, you pitch the candidate to customers and prospects over the phone;

- You are the recruitment partner for companies you work with;

- You use your interview skills to get to know the candidate face to face or digitally;

As a recruitment specialist, you will help build the CTRL-F story in your region. With appropriate demand generation and professionalism, you form the missing link between candidates and clients. You do this on the one hand by assisting clients in finding new talents and giving HR advice. On the other hand, by helping build the growth path of candidates and providing them with a new challenge.

A daily briefing with your colleagues sets the focus of the day. After thoroughly searching the various job boards and meeting the candidate, you pour the profile into a selection report.

Using the necessary sales techniques, you will take the weight and pitch the candidate to clients over the phone.

Together with the candidate, you will make contact with companies and look for opportunities and the right match with a company in a result-oriented way.

• Gross salary - in line with the market (€2800-€3200);
