What do you do as a Recruitment Manager?

As Recruitment Manager Together with your team, you will build your own story in your region within Engineering, Finance or Logistics. You combine commercial insight, people management and market knowledge to build sustainable growth within your niche.

You and your team will ensure a strong influx of profiles within your niche and region. You build a strategic network, encourage targeted sourcing and coach your team in attracting the right professionals. Where necessary, you also actively take charge of the search for strong profiles yourself.

At the same time, you put a strong focus on prospecting and customer expansion. You actively approach new companies, identify their needs and engage in discussions on how we can strengthen them. You conduct negotiations, make cooperation agreements and build long-term partnerships within your region and niche.

With your market knowledge and thoughtful approach, you guide companies in their search for new employees. You identify their needs, think along with them from their context and advise them throughout the entire process. You guide both candidates and companies during job interviews, monitor a strong follow-up and ensure a successful start-up. This way, you create a strong experience for both candidates and clients.

You will also be responsible for the continued growth of the office. Based on results, analyses and market insights, you help determine the direction of the office and translate opportunities into concrete action plans to achieve further growth within your region and niche.

As a Recruitment Manager, you are the face within your region and niche. Through networking events, LinkedIn, strategic collaborations and direct contact with professionals and companies, you continuously expand your network and create new opportunities for your team, clients and candidates

Profile

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree or are equivalent through experience. Commercial experience is a must, experience within recruitment is a strong plus. Your motivation to build a network and make an impact within your region and niche makes all the difference.
• You easily make contact with professionals and companies and get energy from building strong relationships. You take initiative, spot opportunities in the market and actively pursue them.
• You are goal-oriented and comfortable in a role with responsibility for results, growth and teamwork. Prospecting and building relationships within your region are part of how you like to work.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both to clients, candidates and your own team. You ask the right questions, listen actively and know how to engage people in a process.
• You maintain an overview in an environment where speed is important and know how to set priorities quickly. You combine a hands-on approach with the necessary structure, see opportunities for improvement and make targeted adjustments where necessary.
