What do you do as a Recruitment Specialist?

As a Recruitment Specialist, you and your team will build your own story in your region within Engineering, Finance or Logistics. You manage your files from first contact to strong start-up. You speak to professionals and companies on a daily basis and bring both together in a focused way.

You ensure influx of strong profiles within your niche. Candidates respond to vacancies, but you often conduct targeted searches yourself via your network, targeted sourcing and market knowledge. You approach professionals thoughtfully and have intake interviews in which you get a clear picture of their experience, context and ambitions. This way, you know where someone will really come into his or her own.

At the same time, you put a strong focus on prospecting. You actively approach new companies, map out their needs and enter into discussions about how we can strengthen them. This is how you build your own customer portfolio step by step and create new collaborations within your region and niche.

Do you see a match? Then you take further control of the process. You present profiles in a targeted way, agree expectations with both parties, schedule interviews and actively follow up the process. You monitor the pace, advise where necessary and ensure a strong start-up and follow-up afterwards. This is how you build collaborations that keep on working.

Meanwhile, your network is also growing. Via network events, targeted sourcing, LinkedIn and direct contact with professionals and companies, you increase your visibility in your niche step by step. This way, you continuously create new opportunities in your region.

Profile

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent through experience. Experience in recruitment, sales or a customer-facing role is a plus. Your motivation to build a network and make an impact in your market makes all the difference.
• You easily make contact with new people and get energy from conversations with professionals and companies. You take initiative and approach opportunities yourself.
• You are goal-oriented and feel comfortable in a role with targets and responsibility for results. Prospecting and building relationships within your region are part of how you like to work.
• You communicate clearly and professionally. You ask the right questions, listen actively and know how to bring people along on a journey.
• You keep an overview of multiple files simultaneously and set priorities smoothly in an environment where pace is important.

You start with a gross salary between €2450 and €3500, supplemented by a variable remuneration as a percentage of your results. The more impact you make in your role, the more clearly you feel this in your remuneration. Thanks to our attractive commission system, the difference can also increase considerably.
