Project Manager

Function

• Coordinating and planning painting projects from start to completion
• Managing teams and external partners across different locations
• Monitoring quality, budgets and deadlines for each project
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and suppliers
• Identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to customer relationships
• Reporting on project progress to management
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Opportunity to progress to a strategic C-level position within the company

Profile

• Strong oral command of Romanian
• Proven experience as a people manager, with excellent leadership skills
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Results-oriented and proactive, with an eye for quality
• Stress-resistant and flexible
• An interest in the construction or painting sector is an advantage
• Ambition to progress within the organisation
