Assistant Project Manager Civil Engineering

Function

Some of the tasks

• You are responsible for the planning, organisation and follow-up of works on site.
• You manage specifications, budgets and material lists.
• You coordinate and motivate your team(s) on site.
• You report on progress and actively participate in site meetings.
• You gradually grow into a role with increasing responsibility across the various projects.

Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering and has a keen interest in structural engineering and concrete renovation.
• Thinks creatively and analytically and enjoys developing innovative solutions.
• Has a positive attitude, shows natural leadership and enjoys working collaboratively.
• Takes initiative, radiates energy and is ready to take on responsibility.
• Is a true doer with a professional work ethic and a healthy sense of humour.
• Has a good command of Dutch. Knowledge of French is an asset.

Organisation

Our client deliberately focuses on specialised renovation and restoration work in and around buildings, building structures and monuments. This ranges from general renovations to sewerage techniques, from stained glass restoration to asbestos removal.
