Function

Your range of tasks:

• You coordinate renovation and restoration projects from preparation to handover.
• You translate plans and specifications into a clear schedule, work agreements and material lists.
• You manage your own tradespeople and subcontractors and monitor safety, quality, budget and timing.
• You chair site meetings, coordinate with all parties involved and intervene where necessary.
• You contribute ideas on practical and innovative solutions for complex structural construction works.
• You ensure a smooth handover and see the result of your technical insight and organisation.

Profile

Who are you?

• A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering provides a solid foundation. Those with another relevant technical qualification and initial experience in site supervision may also be considered.
• You bring structure to planning, administration and priorities, because multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously demand an overview.
• Clear communication and a connecting approach help you to keep tradespeople, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders aligned.
• An interest in renovation, restoration or technical construction projects is important: existing structures require curiosity, accuracy and a willingness to seek tailored solutions.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner, take responsibility and persevere when a site does not go as planned. A good knowledge of Dutch is required; knowledge of French is an asset.
