Project leader construction

Function

• You take overall charge of one or more construction projects, from shell to finish, and monitor both execution and budget.
• You maintain close contact with the client throughout the entire project.
• Together with architects and engineers, you proactively align to clearly map out the needs and expectations of the client.
• You work closely with colleagues from procurement and work preparation, and consult with clients, advisers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• As the pivotal figure within the project team, you maintain an overview of planning, quality, safety and budget.
• You are responsible for managing, motivating and monitoring team members.
• For day-to-day operational execution, you can rely on an enthusiastic site team.

Profile

• You have completed a higher construction-related education and bring relevant experience in a similar context.
• You possess a strong analytical mindset, complemented by good communication and organisational skills.
• You attach great importance to quality, profitability and safety.
• You enjoy working with others and feel at home in a team-oriented environment.
• You take initiative and do not shy away from responsibility.
• You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.
• A good knowledge of French and English is an asset.
