Logistics clerk
Function
As logistics clerk you will fulfil a central administrative role within the logistics processes of various customers, in addition you will be responsible for the following:
- On a daily basis, you monitor the planning of inbound and outbound goods flows and make adjustments where necessary to ensure a smooth flow;
- You will be responsible for the administrative preparation of shipments and their handling once loaded;
- You will create transport orders in the system and assign time slots to carriers;
- You will monitor the daily work volume and ensure correct and timely handling of loading and unloading;
- You analyse and correct stock discrepancies in the WMS system;
- You will be the first point of contact for customers and answer their questions about their stock or orders by phone/email;
- You have close contact with your colleagues in the warehouse.
Profile
Are you the logistics clerk what we are looking for?
- You have gained initial experience in a similar position or have a bachelor's degree and a strong interest in the logistics sector;
- You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented;
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch and French with customers and colleagues - you have also mastered the English language;
- Knowledge of Dynamann and Cargo is nice, but not a must;
- You can handle MS-Excel.
You will work Monday to Thursday from 8h to 16h30, on Friday you will work until 16h and on one fixed day of the week you will work from 9h30 to 18h.

Our client is a logistics service provider, they focus on warehousing, customs clearance and freight forwarding.
