Logistics clerk

Function

As logistics clerk You will be the point of contact for the drivers and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Administrative preparation of outgoing goods;
• Direct drivers to the correct quays;
• Monitoring orders to ensure that goods can be picked on time;
• Drawing up transport documents;
• Assisting customers and warehouse staff with any queries or changes;
• If goods are damaged, you must inform the customer;
• If there are discrepancies between what’s on paper and reality, you look for the right solution.

Profile

Are you the logistics clerk we are looking for?

• You have relevant experience in a similar administrative role or hold a bachelor's degree;
• You express yourself fluently in the Dutch, English and French;
• You are meticulous and can switch quickly between different tasks;
• You are a problem-solver and work independently:
• You can work one of four different shifts (6.00, 8.00, 10.30, 12.30).
