Logistics clerk

Function

As logistics clerk You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You receive drivers at the counter and ensure the correct handling of the administration;
• You enter data correctly into the WMS system and update other files when changes occur;
• You are in contact with customers and suppliers regarding their order statuses;
• You pass the orders to be picked on to the warehouse staff and communicate the priorities to them;
• You arrange internal transports and follow these up;
• You are also responsible for general administrative tasks such as checking invoices and entering purchase invoices.

Profile

Are you the logistics clerk what we are looking for?

• You preferably have experience within the logistics sector or in a similar role;
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French;
• You are accurate and can combine various tasks without losing oversight – even during busy periods you can handle the stress that comes with this;
• You set priorities and take initiative regarding improvements;
• Together with your two colleagues, you assist customers in a professional manner.
