Key Account Manager

Function

As Key Account Manager HVAC, you are the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of B2B service clients and ensure the smooth follow-up of their technical needs:

• You manage your client portfolio and ensure that clients always know what they can expect.
• You handle service requests and coordinate the planning and dispatch of technicians.
• You carefully prepare service interventions so that technicians can get started with the right information.
• During regular service meetings, you discuss the collaboration, evaluate agreements and proactively advise clients.
• You monitor quality, service levels and agreed commitments.
• You analyse relevant KPIs, identify areas for improvement and translate these into concrete actions.
• From your client relationships, you identify commercial opportunities, such as small projects and extensions to existing maintenance contracts.
• You work from Buggenhout within an independently organised operation, with access to additional expertise from the broader multitechnical group.

Profile

We are looking for a client-focused and technically skilled professional who enjoys maintaining an overview and building long-term relationships:

• You have several years of relevant experience as an account manager, relationship manager or in a comparable coordinating role within HVAC or a technical B2B environment.
• You have a good basic knowledge of heating, sanitary and air conditioning.
• You are strong at organising, setting priorities and maintaining an overview.
• You communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner with clients, technicians and internal colleagues.
• You are independent, analytical and commercially minded, and able to identify opportunities within existing client relationships.
• You combine a client-focused approach with sufficient technical understanding to grasp service requests and interventions in depth.

Organisation

Our client operates from the Buggenhout, Sint-Niklaas and Hamme regions and forms part of a multi-technical service provider. Although they operate independently, they can call upon the services and know-how of the parent company for specific support and expertise. The organisation specialises in heating, sanitation and air conditioning (HVAC) and operates as an installer and service partner within the industrial, public and private markets.
