Are you an experienced import and export professional looking for a challenging and dynamic position?

• You will be responsible for managing sea freight files both import and export.
• You interact with customers, internal departments and external suppliers.
• You are responsible for formatting transit documents.
• You handle the preparation of invoicing.

Profile

Who are we looking for for this role?

• minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in import and export; specific logistics training is not a requirement.
• Proficiency in preparing transit documents and accurate records.
• Knowledge of invoicing and administrative work.
• A flexible attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

What can you count on?

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,900, depending on your experience.
• Full-time employment (38 hours per week) with flexible working hours: after 6 months of service, 1 day of teleworking every 2 weeks.
