Dispatcher

Function

As Dispatcher You will be in charge of our day-to-day planning and coordination of interventions in Dilbeek.

You will be responsible for dispatching technicians, ensuring that jobs are carried out punctually and efficiently. In this dynamic role, you will be the point of contact for customers and technicians, from initial enquiry through to completion, and you will play a key role in optimising processes. Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

• Analysing customer enquiries and gathering technical information.
• Drawing up an efficient schedule, taking account of urgent matters.
• Communicating the progress of assignments to clients and technicians.
• Managing administrative tasks in our ERP system.
• Proposing improvements to processes and digitalisation.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for an experienced dispatcher who is not afraid to take responsibility and who takes ownership of the planning. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–5 years’ experience in dispatch, planning or service environments.
• Technical aptitude to accurately assess customers’ queries.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• A structured, meticulous approach to work, even under pressure.
• An eye for organisation and prioritisation.
• Digital literacy in modern systems.
• A proactive approach to process optimisation and innovation.
• Maturity and self-confidence within a diverse stakeholder environment.
