Dispatcher Transport

Function

Are you ready to play a crucial role in our logistics team? We are looking for a Dispatcher Fuels who will be responsible for providing the best possible service to both our drivers and customers. You will be a key link in the whole, ensuring smooth, efficient work planning and a results-oriented approach. Your duties will include:

• Organising and forwarding work planning and orders to our fuel drivers.
• Coordinating assignments, schedules, equipment and drivers to ensure smooth execution.
• Minimising lost time and empty kilometres by actively solving bottlenecks in the planning.
• Mentoring drivers through regular feedback and support.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and smooth communication feedback.
• Coordinating with our garage on maintenance planning and inspections.
• Participation in on-call duties on a rotating basis to support our services.
• Reporting to the Head of Fuels Planning in a timely manner.

Profile

To be successful in this position, you have a profile that excels in logistics talent and communication skills. Your capabilities are:

• A degree in logistics or relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems and ADR transport, giving you a competitive edge.
• You are stress-resistant and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
• Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to enthuse and motivate drivers.
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages.
• Fluent communication in both Dutch and French, written and oral.
