Function

As a Customer Service Employee, you are responsible for an optimal customer experience and the correct and efficient handling of customer enquiries.

Your duties include:

• Answering and following up on customer enquiries via various communication channels;
• Processing and following up on orders, complaints and returns;
• Ensuring the timely and accurate handling of customer requests;
• Collaborating with various internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively;
• Maintaining and updating customer data and logging incidents in the system;
• Proactively contributing ideas for improvements and initiatives that help increase customer satisfaction.

Profile

As a customer service, you possess the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and German; knowledge of French is an asset;
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with a solution-focused and proactive attitude;
• Resilient under pressure and flexible, even in a dynamic working environment;
• A true team player who is also able to work independently and responsibly;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and proficient in working with digital systems;
• Accurate, structured and efficient in carrying out tasks.
