Administrative assistant (Finance/Logistics/HR)
Function
- Processing purchase invoices and supporting accounting follow-up
- Contact with external accounting firm (VAT, intrastat, reporting)
- Follow-up of payments and debtor/creditor management
- Responsible for HR administration (leave, absences, personnel files, contact social secretariat)
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Managing and monitoring logistics administration and transports
- Management of central mailbox and telephony
- Function as point of contact internally and externally
- Active thinking on improvements and optimisations within processes
Important: your role is approximately 40-50% finance/HR and 50-60% administrative/logistics
Profile
- You have initial accounting experience (e.g. purchase invoices)
- You are not a pure accountant, but understand the basics and want to work more broadly
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and French, with a solid base of English
- You work independently and take initiative
- You are hands-on and think in solutions, not in problems
- You feel comfortable in a smaller organisation where flexibility is expected
- You are a “puller”: you see work, grab it and work it off
