Maintenance Manager

Function

As Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the complete organisation and supervision of preventive and curative maintenance, both of buildings and of an automated and high-performance machine park.

You ensure efficient planning and follow-up of maintenance works and manage the maintenance budget. In addition, you actively work on investment proposals and optimisation projects within the production environment.

You manage a team of maintenance technicians (internal and external) on a daily basis and coach them in their development. Thanks to your technical expertise, you can provide support yourself in critical situations.

You will analyse electrical, mechanical and pneumatic malfunctions and ensure that the machinery continuously meets the highest quality and safety standards.

Profile

You have a degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics or equivalent through experience.

With at least 7 years of relevant experience, you have built a solid technical foundation and have experience in managing a team.

You are a real people manager who knows how to motivate and develop your team. At the same time, you combine this with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

In addition, you communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
