International Field Maintenance & Commissioning Manager

Function

As International Field Maintenance & Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible, for leading the maintenance and commissioning activities, and managing the technical teams.

This function requires International deployment, with a stay of up to two weeks per assignment.

• Technical direction of field service engineers and management of competence matrices
• Drafting and implementing test and delivery protocols
• Conduct risk analysis and implement technical mitigations
• Monitoring project budgets and optimising technical efficiency
• Providing specialist support at customer sites
• Applying and enforcing technical safety standards
• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Facilitating knowledge transfer and technical training
• Monitoring and achieving technical KPIs and budget targets
• Carrying out installations, commissioning and maintenance work
• Technical support for presales, commissioning and service contracts

Profile

• Bachelor's or graduate degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent Dutch and English; good knowledge of French
• Leadership experience within technical teams
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Rapid response to faults or emergencies
• Customer-oriented and technically skilled
• Strong oral and written communication
• Independent and proactive
• Knowledge of safety and innovation
• Expertise in mechanics, fluid mechanics, electricity and materials science
