Accounting administrator

Function

• Entry and processing of purchase invoices (drinks, goods and services)
• Execute monthly cut-off and follow up approval flows
• Follow-up of supplier accounting and execution of payments
• Analyse and clean up open supplier items
• Processing return flows and credit notes (logistics follow-up)
• Checking delivery notes and following up on discrepancies
• Entry of bank transactions and management of cash
• Controlling personnel costs (including via Rydoo)
• Actively participate in monthly and year-end closures
• Support the finance team lead with analysis and advice
• Liaise with suppliers and external parties (e.g. auditors)

Important: combination of accounting + operational/logistical monitoring

Profile

• First experience within accounting (±1-3 years)
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You think along and take initiative
• You are independent and solution-oriented
• You feel good in a role with variety and responsibility
• You are fluently bilingual (NL/FR) with basic knowledge of English
• You can work with Excel and ERP systems (experience with AS400 is a plus)
• You enjoy working in the office and are involved in day-to-day operations
