Billing officer

Locatie: Mouscron, Hainaut, Belgium Sector: Finance Contract: Indefinite time Uren: 37 h/week

Function

  • Preparing and sending invoices to customers
  • Checking billing data and detecting discrepancies
  • Correcting errors and following up irregularities
  • Analysing data in Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Working with internal departments to ensure correct invoicing
  • Support the billing team in administrative tasks

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and French (bilingual is a must)
  • Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, analysis, data interpretation)
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • First experience in administration or invoicing is a plus
  • You work accurately and in a structured way
  • You are motivated and eager to learn

Organisation

Our client is an international logistics service provider with a strong reputation in transport and supply chain solutions. From its site in Mouscron, it works daily to ensure efficient and correct processing of goods flows and associated administration.

You will join a team of about five colleagues, where cooperation and accuracy are key. Due to the scale of the organisation, you will work in a structured environment with clear processes and support.

  • 37-hour week with sliding hours (start between 8am and 9am)
