Function

For the vacancy of Traffic Administrator permanent late you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparation and control of shipments and transport records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring and adjusting loading lists and communicating updates to the terminal for efficient warehouse operations
• Recording and monitoring transport events and deviations
• You brief problems with your supervisor who will support you
• Communicating updates to customers and necessary colleagues
• You will work Monday to Friday from 2pm to 10pm

Profile

For the vacancy of Traffic Administrator permanent late, you recognise yourself in the following competencies:

• You have a first positive experience in an administrative role preferably in the logistics sector or have just completed a Bachelor's degree
• You can work well with Microsoft Office, knowledge of an ERP package is a plus
• You can express yourself professionally in Dutch and English or French
• You are accurate, stress-resistant and proactive
• You are willing to work a late shift from 14:00 to 22:00
