Function

• As Team Lead Warehouse fixed afternoon, you organise and oversee the day-to-day operation at the logistics depot in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, where goods are received, stored and prepared for transport to stores.
• Team planning is in your hands: you allocate tasks, set priorities and ensure that deadlines and operational objectives remain achievable and visible.
• With clear instructions, coaching and support, you help employees work safely, to a high standard and efficiently. In doing so, you strengthen not only results but also collaboration within the team.
• You monitor productivity, quality, safety, order and cleanliness closely and intervene in a timely manner when processes or flows of goods are at risk of being delayed.
• You analyse operational bottlenecks quickly and practically. You make decisions, coordinate solutions and communicate clearly with colleagues and other departments.
• By critically reviewing working methods and proposing improvements, you contribute to a smoother and more efficient warehouse operation.
• You report on results achieved, team performance and points of attention that require further follow-up.
• You work in the fixed afternoon shift from 14:00 to 24:00 and take on a visible role in a warehouse environment where your approach has a direct impact on the daily logistics flow.

Profile

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, provides a solid foundation for this role.
• Experience in managing, guiding and motivating employees is important: you make expectations clear, provide constructive feedback and help people grow in their role.
• You organise in a structured way, work accurately and maintain an overview when multiple assignments, deadlines and flows of goods require attention simultaneously.
• Decisiveness, initiative and resilience under pressure help you to remain calm, choose the right priorities and take responsibility when faced with operational challenges.
• You have an eye for quality, safety, order and cleanliness. You can collaborate smoothly in Dutch and French; knowledge of Microsoft Office, a forklift licence or the willingness to obtain one are additional assets. A certificate of good conduct is also required for this role.

Organisation

You are based at our logistics depot in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. The depot receives, stores and dispatches all goods for transport to our stores. There you are responsible for the day-to-day operation and organisation of the logistics activities.

Offer

• A gross salary between € 2,850 and € 3,050 per month, supplemented by a shift premium for the fixed afternoon shift from 14:00 to 24:00.
