Supply chain planner
Function
- As a Supply Chain Planner, you oversee the entire delivery trajectory: from order and purchase order to receipt, availability and timely delivery of goods for production and projects.
- Translate forecasts, production orders, material requirements and available capacity into a feasible schedule. You take into account personnel, raw materials, semi-finished products, production drawings and external partners.
- Continuously update the planning based on the current situation. When a delivery is delayed or materials are unavailable, you act quickly and propose a realistic alternative to the parties involved.
- Align daily with production, project management, purchasing, supply chain, service and sales. This creates one clear overview of progress and allows customer delivery dates to be reliably confirmed or adjusted.
- Monitor orders and purchase orders closely: what has been ordered, when will it be delivered, in what quantity and is this sufficient for the planned production? You make missing information visible before it delays execution.
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers during the production process. You ensure that agreements are met and that the necessary goods and services are available on time.
- Support the monthly preparation and follow-up of a well-founded billing schedule for the next three months, based on the most recent production and delivery planning.
- Based in Halle, you contribute to a growing engineering and production environment that develops solutions for energy management and data centre facilities. You report directly to the Production Manager and are given room to structurally improve operations.
Profile
- You hold a higher education degree and have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience as a planner, delivery coordinator or logistics coordinator in a production environment.
- A good understanding of production, purchasing and delivery processes helps you not only to follow up schedules administratively, but also to adjust them correctly in terms of content.
- You work fluently with Microsoft Office and ERP software. Experience with Navision or a comparable system is an advantage.
- You communicate professionally in Dutch or French; knowledge of English is an added advantage when aligning information with international partners or processing technical documentation.
- You combine analytical insight and accuracy with clear communication. Because you bring together different interests and deadlines, a methodical approach, resilience under pressure and a constructive team attitude are essential.

Offer
- A gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €4,000, tailored to your experience and the content of the role.
- A package of additional benefits on top of your gross salary. The specific composition will be explained transparently during the selection process.
- A full-time position with Halle as the primary workplace, in an environment where production, engineering and project work collaborate closely.
- A healthy focus on work-life balance and a work organisation that takes long-term sustainable employability into account.
- A thorough induction at the start, supplemented by personal guidance so that you get to know the processes, systems and technical context well.
- Opportunities for growth within a growing organisation: you can further develop yourself in planning, logistics, supply chain or operational coordination.
