Support Engineer

• Provide first-line support regarding technical questions to professional customers.
• Handle enquiries via email and phone to resolve these queries as efficiently as possible.
• Detect whether it is necessary to send a technician on site.
• Close collaboration with planning to organise and optimise possible interventions at the end-user.
• You play a crucial role in our mission to provide high-quality service and further support sustainability.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

• Relevant experience of 3-5 years in a technical position, preferably within HVAC, but open to other technical affinities.
• Perfect bilingualism in Dutch and French, both oral and written.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• A true team player who enjoys working together and contributing to joint successes.
• Administrative skills and good follow-up ability.

Organisation

This company operates in energy-efficient indoor climate systems. This includes heat pumps, and ventilation systems for the residential market. They are part of a Dutch group where most of their products are also produced. In Belgium, they have a sales and after-sales branch with around 35 employees.

Moreover, they are very committed to sustainability and aim to produce energy neutrally by 2030. To support the support team, they are currently looking for an additional support engineer.
