What do you do as a Site Manager Demolition?

• You are the point of contact on site. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and direct your colleagues, so that every job is carried out efficiently and safely.
• You not only follow up the work, but also monitor the schedule, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
• Administration? You have that well under control. You go to meetings and report to the project leader and manager.
• You always keep an eye on safety, together with your QESH colleagues. You never lose sight of quality and environmental regulations.
• You communicate fluently with colleagues, external parties and customers. Your site, your responsibility!

Profile

Who are you?

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Construction or similar.
• Flexibility comes naturally to you - you derive satisfaction from meeting targets, not the clock.
• You want to further hone your leadership skills and have ambition to grow.
• You have a fluent pen in Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
• You can handle Word and Excel just fine.
• You are a positive team player who gets everyone on board!
