Site Manager

Function

Are you someone who likes pulling the strings on site and gets energy from following up construction projects? In this role, you will ensure the smooth, safe and correct execution of works and be an important link between the site and project management. What will you do?

• You will monitor the daily follow-up of construction sites and correct execution of works
• Managing foremen, craftsmen and subcontractors is part of your responsibility
• Site preparation and timely call-off of materials are organised by you
• Planning and progress of works are closely monitored and supervised
• Quality control is always done in line with the specifications
• Site meetings are followed up and reported correctly
• Safety, order and cleanliness on site receive your continuous attention
• Close consultation with the project manager ensures smooth cooperation

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a Site Manager who combines technical insight with organisational talent and strong communication skills. What do we expect from you?

• A higher engineering degree or a Master's degree in Industrial Science Construction Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes
