Project Manager

Function

As Project Leader, you will be responsible for the full coordination and realisation of larger and challenging construction projects. You combine technical insight with strong leadership and ensure that each project is delivered qualitatively, efficiently and within budget. What will you do?

• You will be responsible for all project and resource planning from A to Z
• You manage and coach the project team (site management, BIM manager and project engineer/work preparation)
• You monitor the financial follow-up and are ultimately responsible for budget and returns
• You organise the purchase of materials and appoint subcontractors
• You monitor the quality of execution and watch over project requirements
• You ensure compliance and roll-out of the QESH policy on your projects
• You will direct and monitor the entire technical construction process on site
• You are the central point of contact for clients, architects, suppliers and subcontractors

• You are a graduate in Industrial Engineering Construction or have a Master's degree in Industrial Science Construction Engineering

• You have a critical eye and always guard high quality standards

• You possess natural leadership skills
• Relevant experience in a similar position is a must
