What will you do?

• Setting up, monitoring and developing BIM models for construction projects
• Preparation of construction drawings and assembly plans from the BIM model
• Implementing clash controls and model checks
• Applying and monitoring BIM agreements and quality rules at project level
• Supporting site and project teams with BIM-related questions
• Coordinating with project manager, site manager, architect and engineering office
• Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of the BIM process

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a BIM Modeler with strong technical insight and an eye for detail. What do we expect from you?

• You have a degree in structural engineering
• You have technical knowledge and understanding of BIM software
• Experience or knowledge of the construction process is a strong asset
• Knowledge of Revit is an added plus, but not a must
• You have strong spatial insight and an eye for detail
