SHEQ System Coordinator

Function

Are you ready to make an impact on quality, safety and sustainability? You do this every day in different ways:

• You will support and optimise the integrated management system (MS) across the entire organisation, working closely with departmental managers and management.
• You are the driving force behind certifications such as VCA**, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CO₂ performance ladder.
• You will organise audits, coordinate direct improvement programmes and ensure clear reporting of results.
• You archive and make documents available to colleagues - everything in the right place at the right time.
• Together with the SHEQ team, you will actively work on digitalisation and further professionalisation of the MS.
• You guide the various departments through audit processes; your enthusiasm and persuasiveness take everyone with you.
• You will monitor and interpret the KPI dashboard and support colleagues with analysis and reporting.
• You will promote consultation and knowledge sharing within the SHEQ team and ensure coherent alignment between the MS and day-to-day operations.

Profile

Can you switch smoothly between IT, people and structure?

• You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with SHEQ management systems is a must; knowledge of the construction industry is a nice extra.
• You are analytical, meticulous and results-oriented, and you dare to take responsibility.
• You speak fluent Dutch and are not afraid to use French; English is an added advantage.
• Naturally, you are communicatively strong, diplomatic as well as persuasive - taking people along on change energises you.
• You are proactive, entrepreneurial and team-oriented; you make colleagues grow and the company move forward.
• You are flexible, reliable and organisationally strong: deadlines and schedules do not scare you.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office and BI tools; affinity with IT is essential.
