Project Manager / Project Engineer

Function

Together with your colleagues from the Project team and the Engineering department:

• You actively participate in designing projects and drawing up tender files.
• You ensure efficient planning and preparation for optimal progress.
• You are responsible for the quality of the delivered projects.
• You manage the budget carefully and regularly monitor project costs.
• As the first point of contact, you facilitate effective communication between clients, architects, design offices and supporting departments.

In collaboration with your colleagues from the production department:

• You thoroughly prepare the execution of construction sites and follow them up closely.
• You ensure that all required materials and resources are available on site in a timely manner.
• You ensure compliance with safety regulations and the quality of work on the construction sites.

Profile

Training:

• A degree in Civil, Industrial or Structural Engineering, preferably within the construction sector.

Experience:

• A first work experience in the construction sector is an asset.
• If you have just left school, you are also welcome.

Language knowledge:

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Knowledge of English is an added value.

Competencies:

• You work independently, are well organised and solution-oriented.
• Team spirit and integrity characterise your approach.
• You possess strong interpersonal and commercial skills.
• You deploy your organisational talents effectively.
• You use digital tools with ease.
• Experience in managing tenders is an advantage.
• You hold a valid VCA-VOL certificate.
