Service & Maintenance Planner
Function
As Service & Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for preparing the schedule for the technicians, following it up and making adjustments where necessary.
Below is a sample of your duties:
- You adjust the schedule according to the needs of the day and redistribute tasks in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- In addition, you always strive to optimise route capacities to increase efficiency.
- You ensure that the impact of - often last-minute - changes and problems is minimised.
- Correct communication to customers is crucial in your role and you will keep records through our ERP system.
Profile
As a planner, we expect the following from you:
- Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree or already have experience in a similar role.
- Very strong in planning and organising, you can keep a good overview of different projects.
- Strong at prioritising and scheduling technicians efficiently.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Accurate in your work and crative in finding solutions.
- Communicative and customer-oriented fully describes you.
- Good knowledge of IT applications.

Our client is active in tailor-made solutions for fire safety and ensuring a pleasant indoor climate in buildings. They work as a project organisation commissioned by contractors, architects and engineering offices. They aim to provide their customers with a one-stop-shop experience from design to maintenance. They further belong to a large group and are within their Business Unit with around 160 employees. To strengthen the team, they are currently looking for a Service & Maintenance planner to join their team.
