What is expected of you?

• You calculate in detail the structural costs of renovation projects and ensure a correct and transparent cost structure.
• You prepare careful and complete quotations, always striving for quality and customer focus.
• You make accurate estimates of subcontractor prices.
• You conduct constructive discussions with suppliers, subcontractors, architects and co-owners' associations, understanding and representing the interest of each party.
• You visit construction sites on site to correctly estimate and assess the feasibility of projects.
• You are the point of contact for everything to do with estimating and quotation defence.
• You will contribute to smooth cooperation and a successful renovation project through your commitment, insight and hands-on mentality.

Profile

Who are you?

• You are a bachelor of construction or industrial engineer or have relevant work experience within the construction industry.
• You possess construction acumen, maturity and dare to speak your mind.
• You are stress-resistant, communicatively strong and a real team player.
• Basic knowledge of French or English is an asset. Being able to communicate fluently in Dutch is important.
• You are interested in learning specific software programmes.
